In the first page we finally get a summary of just what Cybil can do when she eats those brains.
In the upper left had corner of this page we get a view of the Dreadnought; Mistress of Orion. These are the massive city sized ships that are capable of travelling father and faster than any others. It was on the Mistress that Cybil travelled to Sologne where the OSS first made use of her abilities.
In our second page we get a glimpse of a young Cybil on Sologne and then at an orphanage after she returns to Terra/Sol. We also get a sense for the abilities of one of the other Mutants that the OSS has managed to get their hands on.
