In our next two pages we get a hint of what life was like for Cybil in an OSS (Orion State Security) orphanage. It’s clear that many of the orphans have mutant abilities. It also seems that the orphans have a bit of a ‘Lord of the Flies’ vibe going on.
On the second page we see Cybil maybe coming up with an idea how she can extract herself from her situation.
